Tuck’s Point Condominiums in Beverly, MA (September, 2020)

This 2,100 square foot gunite pool had been replastered several times in recent years but the shell continued to break apart and leak due to its suspended location on a pier over the Atlantic Ocean. The shell continued to fracture and break apart, and the leaks got progressively worse over time until Membrane Concepts installed a light blue 60mil PVC pool liner resolving all of the cracking issues and making the pool look like new again.
