This 1,100 square foot cement and tiled pool was cracking, leaking, and the tiles were falling off of the walls and floor in many areas.  Membrane Concepts installed a decorative blue patterned 60mil PVC pool liner and resolved all of the cracking, leaking and tile loss issues.
